Meet our founder:

Blayz Shartzer is a financial professional with strong experience in planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting across major financial institutions, including Prudential Financial and PNC Financial Services. He has built a reputation for transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support confident decision-making.

At Prudential, Blayz managed key processes such as expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while supporting leadership with structured reporting and performance analysis. Prior to that, he worked in PNC’s Asset & Liability Management Department, developing financial models and analytical tools used across multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

Blayz holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Saint Peter’s University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus in Accounting from Penn State, where he graduated with honors.

Seeing how often small and mid-sized businesses operate without the clarity or support they need, Blayz created Pine Forge Financial to fill that gap. His approach is grounded in accuracy, transparency, and partnership to offer business owners structured reporting, meaningful insight, and a reliable financial resource they can count on.
